Total Comfort.

Total Control.

Burnell Controls offers you assistance with both on site emergency service as well as Preventative Maintenance Plans.  With our advanced remote monitoring capability, we are able to provide you a 24 hour response to critical alarms. In the event of critical events, these alarms can also go directly to you for fast notification of events within your buildings.

Our experienced technicians can assist you with both pneumatic and DDC legacy systems to ensure you maximize your current investment.  Our expertise also includes energy metering, and unified lighting controls.

Preventative Maintenance provides a thorough periodic checkout of your control system.  This includes calibration of all controllers, sensors and actuators ensuring optimum indoor comfort conditions are always maintained.  Periodic preventative maintenance will also extend equipment life thus protecting your investment and minimize downtime associated with failures of existing control systems. Our experienced technicians can spot potential problems while performing maintenance and resolve them before they become a problem.  The calibration and tuning procedures during preventative maintenance ensure the system can continue to provide you the most accurate and energy efficient control possible. A current software backup of all databases and programming is also performed.  This significantly reduces the downtime in the event a controller needs to be replaced in an emergency.

The technical phone support built into our preventative maintenance plan assures that help is only a phone call away.  Each plan is unique and can provide the means to augment your own in-house system support capabilities on up to providing full-service system support capabilities.  As an added benefit, PM customers also enjoy special discounts available only to them.

Building managers find that Preventative Maintenance Agreements assist them in establishing and adhering more accurately to their operations budget.
